Excitement and enthusiasm filled the room April 17 as Physical Therapy Faculty and Staff welcomed and celebrated the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy Program Class of 2029 at their annual Blue Carpet Event.

This special evening marked the beginning of their journey in physical therapy, providing an opportunity to connect, build relationships and become part of the UKDPT community.

"We look forward to supporting and guiding this outstanding group of future professionals as they begin their path toward making a meaningful impact in healthcare," said Angie Phipps, MSL and Program Coordinator II in the Department of Physical Therapy. "This was one of the most engaging and energized group of students ... (there's) something special about this class!"
