Chad received a B.S. in Chemistry in 2002 from the University of Missouri at Columbia and worked at University Hospital in the clinical chemistry laboratory before pursuing another bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Armstrong State University. After working several years as a laboratory scientist in Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology at a local hospital, he returned to Armstrong State University to pursue a Master of Education and teach in the medical laboratory science department. He has taught Medical Laboratory Science for eighteen years. He is currently doing research in the area of Alzheimer's Disease in pursuit of his PhD in biostatistics and epidemiology.
