Faculty, Staff and Students,
Once again, we’ve reached the finish line.
There’s just one hurdle left to leap — Finals Week — and then you will have completed another year. My congratulations to all of you, students, professors and staff, alike.
I think it deserves to be remembered how many of our students in this latest graduating class committed to the College of Health Sciences when the world was a much different place. There were so many unknowns at the time, yet these students put their futures in our hands.
I am so very proud to say that our amazing faculty were able to follow through on our promise to deliver the highest possible quality education. Of course, they did not do it alone; our staff provided the necessary support while the students themselves showed extraordinary resilience during difficult times.
Now, with just one week remaining, it is almost time for celebration. I will use this space to once again remind all of you to take a few moments — whether you are studying, preparing exams or supporting our students in any of the countless number of ways you do — and care for yourself.
Remember to make certain that you are well as we lead up to these last few days. You’ve done a remarkable job so far. It makes no sense to get off track now.
Again, congratulations and good luck during Finals Week. I am confident you are all prepared and ready to excel.
Continue to stay healthy and well,
Dean Lephart
