Heather Witt is the Associate Director of Clinical Education. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2014. She practiced as a physical therapist for 6 years at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, primarily working on the brain injury unit and has been a staff physical therapist as well as a therapy team leader. Prior to joining the University of Kentucky full-time, she was a lab assistant beginning in 2016. She is a board-certified specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She is currently a PhD Candidate in the Doctor of Philosophy in Rehabilitation and Health Sciences program at the University of Kentucky.
