Heather Hardesty is an Academic Advisor for undergraduate students within the College of Health Sciences. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and in 2015 with a Master of Science degree in Higher Education.

Prior to her position at UK, Heather worked as a Financial Aid Coordinator at Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and as a Financial Planning Advisor for graduate students at Georgetown College. In these roles she helped students to develop financial literacy and finance their education in the most fiscally responsible way possible.  

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
