With a strong background in higher education administration, she has extensive experience in admissions, program development, student services, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Julia has been passionate about improving processes and expanding access to healthcare education. She has helped develop holistic admissions practices and pathway programs that support students from a wide range of backgrounds while strengthening the program's mission and commitment to service.

Julia holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Morehead State University. She has presented nationally on topics including holistic admissions, diversity in healthcare education, faculty and staff well-being, and the evolving role of professional staff in physician assistant education.
