Kathryn Greenhalgh joined the College of Health Sciences full-time in January 2025. As a Student Affairs Coordinator and the new Registrar for the college, she collaborates with the Office of Academic Affairs and Undergraduate Education, and the Office of Student Affairs, to establish and maintain academic records for the college. Kathryn also helps with compliance administration in CastleBranch.

Prior to working with the college, Kathryn worked with UK University Academic Advising, and with the Bluegrass Community & Technical College in Lexington.

Kathryn earned a master's degree in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education (HALE) from Michigan State University, and a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Brigham Young University.

In her spare time Kathryn enjoys reading fantasy books, taking group exercise classes, and traveling with her family.
