Kristen Strader is a speech-language pathologist with clinical experience in critical access hospitals and professional experience at a national association. She completed her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation and Health Sciences at the University of Kentucky in 2022.

Dr. Strader has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate students, including topics such as health policy, healthcare systems and delivery, and neurogenic language disorders. Her research interests include rural health, health technology, and evidence-based practice.
