Professor English received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Kentucky with a Certificate in Gerontology from the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons in Boston, MA.



Professor English has a strong clinical background, including practice in acute care, rural community hospital, outpatient clinics, school systems, nursing homes and home health. Teaching responsibilities include Management of Adult Neurological Health Conditions, classes in preparation for clinical education courses and an elective in Service Learning.

Personal

Professor English is married, has two wonderful sons, and enjoys reading, hiking, and other active endeavors when she is not engaged in teaching.
