Rebecca Serrano is a native of Spencer County, Kentucky and a proud alumna of the University of Kentucky, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Strategic Communication and a Master of Business Administration.

Rebecca has worked for the College of Health Sciences since 2014 and has served in a variety of different roles. As the Director of Advising, she assists CHS students with navigating their degree programs from admissions to graduation. In addition, she is a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor. She teaches CHS 175 for the College and CLM 104 within the Clinical Leadership & Management curriculum.

Rebecca resides in Lexington with her husband, 9 year-old son, and Golden Retriever. She spends most of her free time transporting her son to soccer and other various sporting related events, but also enjoys practicing yoga, listening to live music, and stand-up paddleboarding when she has the chance.
