Stacey Slone, M.S., is a statistician in the UK Department of Statistics working on long and short term analysis across colleges within the University, including the College of Health Sciences. Previously, Stacey served as the senior biostatistician in the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource Facility (BB SRF) of the Markey Cancer Center and led the Data Management Section. At Wake Forest University School of Medicine, she worked on multiple Phase III clinical trials and epidemiologic studies and was involved in trial planning, execution and analysis.  Stacey has played an active role in protocol and grant development, in data quality management and reporting during enrollment and follow-up, and in the final analyses of numerous projects.  Over the past few years, she has been actively involved with cooperative agreements developing statistical plans, writing and maintaining analysis macros in SAS, calculating sample sizes and performing analyses. Stacey is a skilled SAS programmer with years of experience of data manipulation, including PROC SQL; analyses; and generalized macro creation.
