Comparing Strength, Power, and Running Assessments

Researchers at the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences are inviting you to participate in a research study that identifies fitness assessments that are most appropriate for a military population by comparing strength, power, and running assessments.

Where

  • University of Kentucky Sports Medicine Research Institute

Who

  • Males and Females
  • 18-45 Years Old
  • You are physically active
  • You participate in a running specific activity at least once a week

Time Commitment

  • Two 1-hour sessions throughout 2 weeks.
