Researchers at the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences are inviting you to participate in a research study that identifies fitness assessments that are most appropriate for a military population by comparing strength, power, and running assessments.

- 18-45 Years Old

- You participate in a running specific activity at least once a week
Time Commitment
- Two 1-hour sessions throughout 2 weeks.
