Novel Ankle Rehabilitation Protocol on Improving Health Outcomes of Chronic Ankle Instability

Researchers at the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences are inviting you to participate in a research study that examines the effectiveness of a novel ankle rehabilitation protocol on improving clinical and health outcomes in individuals with chronic ankle instability. 

You can potentially earn up to $150 for your participation. All queries are confidential. 


Where:

  • University of Kentucky - Sports Medicine Research Institute

Who:

  • Are 18-44 years old
  • Are physically active
  • Have history of ankle sprains

Time commitment:

  • Three (3), 1-hour sessions through the next 6-months.
  • Participants assigned to the experimental group will complete twelve (12), 50-min rehabilitation sessions over the 6-week study period.
