We have reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees. The discounted rate will be honored until the Defining Dysphagia Conference room block is full, but no later than August 14, 2024. The conference room block rate is $199 plus tax. You may be charged a higher rate if reservations are received after the cutoff date, or when the block is full. The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Once submitted, a confirmation number will be provided electronically.

Cancellation/Change Policy: At the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel, a notice of cancellation must be received 3 days before the day of arrival to avoid a charge. Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night's room and tax.
If you book your reservation through a travel agent, they must ask for a non-commissioned Defining Dysphagia Conference Group Rate. The conference organizers cannot adjust your higher rate if commissions were paid to a travel agency.
