Millions of people struggle with falling asleep or staying asleep through the night. Whether it’s due to stress, lifestyle habits, medical conditions, or environmental factors, insomnia can take a serious toll on our physical and mental well-being. But what really works when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep? In this interview series, Authority Magazine talks to sleep experts, doctors, wellness coaches, researchers, and anyone who is an authority on the topic of sleep. We want to explore “5 Proven Strategies to Help You Sleep Through the Night”, techniques that are backed by science, experience, or both.
