UK on 2-Hour Delay with In-Person Classes Beginning at 10 a.m.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 19, 2024) — In the interest of the safety and well-being of the campus community, the University of Kentucky is operating on a two-hour delay on Friday, Jan. 19, due to inclement weather.
In-person classes and activities will begin at 10 a.m.; in-person classes before 10 a.m. are canceled. If students have questions about their online class status, they should contact their instructor.
On-campus employees except Plan B (designated) employees are to report to work at 10 a.m. Designated employees via remote access should work remotely during Plan B operations. If employees have questions about procedures for their work, they should contact their manager.
