Where Are They Now ... CLM graduate Holly Ratliff

Holly Ratliff

This summer, the College of Health Sciences is spotlighting alumni from the Department of Health and Clinical Sciences in Where Are They Now posts.

Today, we'll hear from Holly Ratliff, a 2023 Clinical Leadership and Management graduate:

"I am currently serving as an Administrative Services Assistant on the Ambulatory Administration team," Ratliff said. "I help with purchasing through certain vendors for our clinics and am responsible for providing administrative support to three directors who oversee the OB/GYN service line, Medicine Specialties service line, and Primary Care service line.

"I am still new to this role but am so excited to keep growing my knowledge about the ambulatory space since all I've ever known is the in-patient side," she continued. "I am also enrolled in the Master of Public Health program at UK with a concentration in Health Management and Policy and am set to graduate in the spring of 2027. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two cats and my fiancee' or reading! I love Lexington from having grown up just 30 minutes away in Richmond, and I feel lucky to get to continue to serve my community! Go Cats!"

She said it was difficult to choose just one favorite memory.

"The overall community created through the CLM program and my music performance minor," she said. "The friendships I developed throughout my time at UK are for life, and two girls I met in CLM are actually bridesmaids in my wedding later this year which goes to show just how close the bonds with your classmates can become."

More great examples of alumni to come!
