General Information
The Communication Sciences and Disorders Academic Clinic is an integral part of the Communication Sciences and Disorders graduate degree program at The University of Kentucky. The UK CSD Academic Clinic provides graduate students clinical experience with children and adolescents who have a wide variety of communication disorders. Supervision is provided by speech language pathologists and audiologists certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing-Association (ASHA) and licensed by the state of Kentucky. Assessments and interventions are available for children and adolescents with speech, language and hearing disorders, as well as adults for accent modification.
Scheduling is based on UK academic semesters - fall, spring, and summer. Availability is limited based on several factors such as the number of student clinicians, class schedules, and experience needed in a particular disorder.
UK CSD Academic Clinic is unable to file insurance claims at this time. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover).
