Appointments are required. To make, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, call 859-218-6387 and leave a message and we will get back to you. This phone number connects to an automated message and clinic support staff and students will respond when able, no one will answer this line.

Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm, 6:30 pm and 7:30pm, with each appointment lasting between 45 minutes and one hour.
**At times there is a waiting list for our services. If you cannot attend on your scheduled date, please call the above number to notify our team.
**It is critical to communicate when you cannot attend appointments. If you miss your appointments without telling us, we may not be able to reschedule you for some time. Multiple missed appointments may limit your ability to attend physical therapy in our clinic.
