Falls and Osteoporosis Summit - Register Now!

The summit will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Hospice of the Bluegrass in Lexington KY.

The day's events are hosted by The Kentucky Safe Aging Coalition, Kentucky Department for Public Health, Kentucky Department for Aging and Independent Living, and the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center.
