The UK PA Academic Residency Program application portal is open from March 1 - April 7, 2025. Interviews will be conducted the week of May 12, 2025. Residency positions will start on October 1, 2025. Applicants may apply for up to 2 tracks.

If interested in applying, please obtain these items for your complete application, in addition to filling out the form below:

  • Two letters of recommendation:
    • One educational (from a Program Director or faculty member from your PA program)
    • One clinical (from a preceptor or collaborating/supervising clinician)
  • Personal Statement
  • CV/Resume
  • Official PA Program Transcript

One of the requirements for completing this application is the acknowledgement that that you have read, understand and can adhere to the Technical and Behavior Standards required for student matriculating into the Physician Assistant Post-Graduate Program.
