SUCCESS in Speech-Language Pathology:
Strengthening Underserved Communities through Enhanced Student Support
The College of Health Sciences has received a grant from HRSA to provide scholarships to full-time graduate students studying speech-language pathology who 1) have unmet financial need and 2) meet specified requirements demonstrating that they are from economic, environmental, or educational backgrounds that may place them at a disadvantage. The purpose of this scholarship program is to increase the number of licensed speech-language pathologists in medically underserved communities by removing financial barriers to successful program completion.
This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Award NO: 1T08HP30179.01.00, Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students.
